Privacy

No account, nothing kept

Yaffi doesn't ask you to create an account.

Reminder text is processed in memory just long enough to generate a result, then immediately forgotten. This is zero retention — the server never writes what a reminder says to disk.

The server keeps only anonymous usage counters, never your content.

What's sent, per request

To enrich a reminder, the app sends: the reminder's text, the names of your lists, your country, your language, your settings, and any custom instructions you've written. That's what the AI needs to do its job, and nothing more.

What's never sent

Your contacts, precise location, calendars, or anything else on your phone never leave the device.

What's logged

Server logs contain only counts, timings, and error codes — never the content of a reminder.

Anonymous analytics

Yaffi uses PostHog to track which features are used, by event name and category — never what's inside a reminder.

Where processing happens

Enrichment runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
